Lynne obtained her California State Constructions License in 2002. The Maintenance Consultant, Inc. is fully licensed and insured in the state of California and only uses subcontractors who are also fully licensed and insured.

​For as long as Lynne Merrill can remember she has worked with her hands. About 20 years ago, Lynne wanted to utilize her skills, starting The Maintenance Consultant, Inc., in 1994. Knowing how hard it is to start a new business and to develop trust and respect Lynne always would, and still does, return every phone call personally and explains all aspects of the job. She prides himself on being honest and doing quality work. She doesn't just "do the job", she does it with skill and quality craftsmanship. This craftsmanship is what Lynne has passed down to her family,  who all of which take a very active role in The Maintenance Consultant, Inc. And in doing so, The Maintenance Consultant, Inc. has maintained long-term relationships with many customers.
